witnessed firsthand a growing number of local and national companies in need of
customized services to bring products to market. We created a brand that can

Dane started CadaBrand in 2010 when he saw that more local and national companies were in need of services to bring their products to market. He’s passionate about providing a high level of customer service and follow-through, opening doors for companies that want to grow in food service and retail.
Dane grew up working in agriculture, farming and raising cattle with his family. He got his start in the food industry over 30 years ago, loading trucks on the night shift at Independent Meat Company. He eventually worked his way up to VP of Sales and sat on the company’s Board of Directors. Having undertaken many aspects of the business, Dane brings his industry knowledge to CadaBrand. He enjoys working with retailers and food service professionals to get the results they need.
Dane believes his integrity has been the most valuable quality through the years. A board member for Idaho Preferred since 2004, Dane is dedicated to showcasing Idaho products, as well as working to bring opportunities to niche producers across the country. Dane spends his free time with family. Year-round, he can be found out at the grill, cooking up some of the tasty products he represents.

Casey started CadaBrand with Dane in 2010 after recognizing a need for a business specializing in getting small and medium-sized companies to retail market.
Casey started in the industry working in the meat shop for his dad when he was sixteen. He now brings over 30 years of retail experience to the business, having worked throughout the retail grocery industry, including as a store-level manager and as a supervisor for a national grocery chain. At CadaBrand, Casey continues to use this background and industry knowledge to connect producers with major retail outlets.
Casey grew up in the Treasure valley where he still lives with his wife and two kids.

Mark Adair is our newest member with more than 45 years of successful experience in the hospitality space focused largely on building brands by creating strong financial and operational platforms with high guest satisfaction and retention.
Mark is a European trained Executive Chef and has developed and led the growth plans for brands like the Ihilani Resort and Spa, Doubletree Hotels, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse, Bonefish Grill, World of Beer, and Hopdoddy Burger Bar.
His expertise lies in recipe and menu development, financial management, product development and building guest loyalty.

Mike has worked in sales & merchandising for over 30 years, 29 of which were spent with Schwans Food Company. Mike excels in the Customer Service Category and enjoys the relationships he works hard to maintain.
Mike enjoys spending his free time in the mountains hunting, fishing and camping. He is crazy about fishing for Steelhead! Mike also enjoys spending time with his son and daughter who live near Boise.
Lead Merchandiser
Bruce Chandler brings over 20 years of Retail Grocery experience to CadaBrand. Bruce has worked in Meat Departments, Dairy Departments, Produce Departments and in Receiving. Before joining CadaBrand, Bruce managed one of the Winco Foods Meat Departments in Boise, Idaho.
Bruce excels at Customer Service and his great customer relationships reflect a positive attitude and approach to work.
Bruce enjoys spending time with his 5 children and watching his favorite football team, the Philadelphia Eagles, of which he has been a loyal fan since 1978.
